I ordered a bathroom unit from Wayfair as I’ve always had good experiences with their products, and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately, when the unit arrived,there were no instructions included, which was very disappointing. I contacted Wayfair via WhatsApp and was told the manufacturer would email the instructions within a day or two. For a flat-pack bathroom unit, I don’t feel this is acceptable — instructions should be included in the box or immediately available. The product itself looks fine so far, but the lack of instructions has delayed installation and taken away from what would otherwise have been a good experience.
