Cheap frames. Cheap in price and cheap in quality too. The photo suggests that some white backing comes with each frame so that it can be used with smaller photos without needing a special mount. However, the frames comes with cheap brown backing only. So you will need to buy a separate mount of your photo doesn’t fit in the frame exactly.
