Glass Table Vase

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The flower vase looked nothing like the photos shown online. I contacted customer service and asked either for a replacement or a refund, and they agreed to send another one. Unfortunately, after waiting a full week, the replacement arrived and it was exactly the same as the first one — still not as pictured. In the end, I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but the whole experience was frustrating. On top of that, I had specifically requested delivery to the hotel reception, yet both deliveries were left outside instead. Overall, very poor quality control and delivery service.

It is so beautiful

The vase is fine but it doesn’t look like the picture. In the picture it’s transparent but in real life it’s opaque. Also it arrived with loads of mud and leaves in it so I think someone used it, returned it and no one cleaned it before they sent it out to me…
