Fillingham Free-Standing Toilet Brush and Holder

This product is not fit for purpose and the quality is beyond belief!!! Firstly, the plastic holder into which the brush would drain is not long enough to be practically useful. Secondly, it is of such low quality that twice I received broken plastic holders. Please see photos. How am I supposed to use this toilet brush? Perhaps, someone in Wayfair thinks that I am collecting broken plastic toilet brush holders and they contributed two to my collection. The on-line system does not allow me to ask for a refund. So, now I am going to have to spend who knows how much of my time trying to get through to 'Customer Services' on the phone to get a refund. Had I bought this item from a shop, there would have been no question about a refund. Here, I am having to work really hard to get a refund for an item that clearly is not fit for purpose and damaged.

I wouldn’t buy this again nor recommend it, very cheap and flimsy

Perfect...just what we needed.

Smart looking brush which bends in well with my bathroom, just what I wanted.

Fits in well with my bathroom furnishings, love the lid on it (integral handle) which keeps dust out.
