Seems extremely well made. Very heavy so will need substantive support. Not fitted yet so unable to comment on durability or ease of use. Likewise how it will perform as a windbreak.. Mike Ashford. East Yorkshire. Fri Sep 18 2026

Amazing awning and not too difficult to fit if you're handy at d.i.y. A two-man job though. Otherwise get it fitted by a tradesman. We were looking for a free standing awning to shade one side of our 3m x 3m pergola. This awning was the perfect answer. A couple of cable ties to hold it in place and the job was done! Construction was straightforward BUT you have to have the winding mechanism on the left. This means the roller only goes one way, so be careful to wind the cloth right-side up as there is a (slight) difference between the sides. Great value and highly recommended.. Mr M B. Chaldon, GB.
