It’s not the colour in the photo, more of a brown. It took hours to assemble due to the holes not lining up for the base of the chairs due to the wicker. I had to undo the arms I had already connected to create space and I’ve still had to miss the odd attachment because they won’t line up. Do not order!! The description says the tabletop is grey, and it’s not it’s dark brown. My husband built the set when I was out so had no idea. I thought at first I had been sent the wrong tabletop. I queried with the supplier and they tried to blame it on the screen resolution, then said it was a ‘slight variation in tone’ which it absolutely is not. Customer service responded giving a discount which i was happy to take at that point in time and keep the item. As we progressed with the assembly more problems came into the surface and thinking that i should have asked for full refund. The product is great once assembled. It contains a number of parts that have holes and welded-in nuts. They provide the bolts that you put through the holes and nuts, and then screw tightly. The problem was that many of the holes and nuts didn't meet exactly when you started assembly. The manufacturing tolerances weren't good. It was necessary to use force to bend some of the parts to get closer together. I had to drill one or two holes myself and buy extra nuts and bolts. There was an also a bit of bad design : the chair seats had some hollow tubes to support the seat fabric. When it rains on them, they fill with water, and rust develops. You can empty them out by putting them on their side, but if you forgot... I can see this shortening the lives of the chairs. The end result was still good and we like the look and usage.. Dennis.
