We are absolutely delighted with our new gazebo. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and all the components arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Once assembled, the gazebo looks fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space. It feels sturdy, well made, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending many relaxing hours enjoying it throughout the year. The only issue we encountered was with the instruction booklet. The orientation of the small flanges at the top of the roof was not clearly illustrated, and we inadvertently fitted them upside down. This made installing the polycarbonate roof panels more difficult than it needed to be. Had the correct orientation been made clearer in the instructions, the entire assembly would have been very straightforward. Despite this minor issue, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend this gazebo to others. The quality, appearance, and overall value are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Every time we look out into the garden now, we’re reminded how worthwhile the project was. We bought the pergola to provide shade over our hot tub. It has the added bonus that if we lower the front panel it gives us complete privacy from neighbouring properties. It wasn’t the easiest thing for two people to build because of its size. There were two different sets of instructions neither of which were particularly clear. Very happy with this gazebo!  We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits.. This is really good value for money.im really pleased with this it took a friend two hours to put it up. It hasn’t been secured to the ground yet but will have to be as it’s on my patio. But I am really pleased with it. My garden is very sunny and a brolly was useless as I had to keep moving it as the sun went round. I really love it.
