The chairs are as expected, look sturdy and are comfortable to sit on. The company were great to deal with when I had a query prior to purchase as they responded quickly to emails. My overall experience was slightly let down by the delivery company (DX) who didn't deliver on the stated day (and I waited in all day as they weren't any more specific than delivery was between 8am - 6pm). As it was a bank holiday weekend, I had to wait another 4 days before delivery could be attempted again. Thankfully this time the chairs were delivered mid-morning.
