Aluminium garden gates are a full privacy side gate with a vertical solid infill and flat top, providing a modern and streamlined design. Full privacy is a great option to ensure the maximum protection of your property. Aluminium is very strong, it is also lightweight which makes it a versatile material. This is perfect for the fabrication of gates compared to traditional metals such as; wrought iron, cast iron, wood or stainless steel. Another advantage of the aluminium garden gate is that it is very low maintenance. Aluminium is highly resistant to corrosion unlike other metals, it will not suffer from changing weather conditions and actually becomes stronger in low temperatures, perfect for UK buyers! NOTE: You need to add approx 30mm to the listed widths for the required hinge and latch gaps. KEY LOCKING OPTIONS the gate comes standard with a two keyed lock. There is an optional one side keyed and the other side a convenient twist lock. We will phone you to discuss if you want this option prior to dispatching the gate. (No screws or wall plugs included) Nuts and bolts must be painted after fitting to prevent the onset of rust. This garden gate will make a contemporary style, the practical entryway to seclude your garden from the outside world.

This gate was much better than I thought it would be, it is generally sturdy, the powder coating is good, and the hinge mechanism will work, at least for a good time. My only problem is with the latch. I don't see how it would have been more expensive to provide than a traditional style latch instead of the parts given. This is why it drops a star!. Stephen.
