The item is lovely however the delivery by ups and the call center was ridiculous
Delivery was supost to be between 10:15 - 1:15
Never turned up called ups to be told that ig would be ther by 9pm or anytime within the next 2 days -made a complaint and was told call centre was in the uk
Then driver turned up after I made the complaint saying to the neighbour that he had driven past and forgot to deliver it then said to me that it had just been loaded onto his computer for delivery
