Bestellung: 2-Sitz-Balkonset + Sitzpolster Wayfair ist ein Desaster! Bereits die Zustellung erfolgte erst nach Wochen vollkommen willkürlich ohne Möglichkeit einer zeitlichen Abstimmung - reine Glückssache! Die Internetseiten bei wayfair führen einen nur im Kreis herum. Dann erfolgte nur eine unvollständige Lieferung. Bei der telefonischen Reklamation erwartet einen nur ein unwirscher unhöflicher Tonfall. Zuerst wird alles abgestritten und man wird als Betrüger hingestellt. Wenn man im Nachgang allerdings hartnäckig bleibt und sich nicht einfach abwimmeln lässt und immer wieder nachhakt, wird der Tonfall umgestellt auf sehr höfliche Formulierungen. Es wird aber dann immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass man für die Recherchen noch 2 bis 4 Tage bräuchte. Es tut sich aber nix! Und das seit Wochen. Hab zum zweiten Mal nun die Aufforderung zur Bewertung der Lieferung erhalten inkl. Bild mit allem was dazu gehören sollte. Auf die Frage, ob ich wieder bei wayfair etwas bestellen würde, wäre meine Antwort: Nein Danke, nie wieder! Es sieht alles wunderbar aus, klingt alles vielversprechend, aber dann ... nix als Ärger.
