Absolutely appalling service. First delivery was made and only half the pieces arrived - box 2 of 2 but no box 1, so we got the seat but not the frame. Ordered replacement parts, delivery of those was delayed twice and eventually another package was delivered… box 2 of 2 again. So we now have 2 sets of the same item taking up half our entryway to the house, and still no frame. Really disappointed as this seat was supposed to be a gift and now it’s just turned into a massive headache. Waiting on a reply from Wayfair to my email saying that the wrong parts were delivered..
