Absolutely appalling service. First delivery was made and only half the pieces arrived - box 2 of 2 but no box 1, so we got the seat but not the frame. Ordered replacement parts, delivery of those was delayed twice and eventually another package was delivered… box 2 of 2 again. So we now have 2 sets of the same item taking up half our entryway to the house, and still no frame. Really disappointed as this seat was supposed to be a gift and now it’s just turned into a massive headache. Waiting on a reply from Wayfair to my email saying that the wrong parts were delivered.. Ariyona swing seat is a lovely item, a very cosy 2 seater. Nice canopy .(Very good value for money - would be tempted to buy more !) Sturdy solid framework (actually quite heavy to move when fully assembled) Extremely nice think padded seat cushions (with strong but easy to use Velcro strips for attachment to swing seat) Assembly required 2 people - (but actually took us over twice the suggested 1 hr time to assemble) Instructions were fairly good & straightforward to follow- (just don’t take all the screws & bolts off the card when you start. We mixed a few up & found that error cost us an additional hour!). Karen. North Hykeham Lincoln, GB. Sat Jul 18 2026
