Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. So far, seems like a good parasol. The main photo on the site is misleading since it shows LED lights underneath but the actual parasol doesn’t have them. The spec doesn’t say that it has LEDs, so again, the picture is misleading. I installed this on a new Schneider universal ground anchor which doesn’t include bolts. Der Schirm hat genau die richtige Größe zur Beschattung unserer Terrasse. Die 1. Lieferung war leider defekt, nach einer kurzen Email wurde schnell und unkompliziert ein zweiter Schirm in den Versand gebracht, dieser ist nach einer Woche bei uns eingetroffen. Der zweite Schirm hatte allerdings Schmutzflecken die ich teilweise entfernen konnte, die restlichen Flecke störten mich persönlich nicht in dem Maße das ein nochmaliger Umtausch erforderlich gewesen wäre.
