Constructed from a sturdy steel frame, wrapped in PE rattan, the frame is UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). Please be aware the colour of the frame is not the same as in the photos advertised. Very disappointing, it’s a pale grey that looks like someone’s has taken a black sharpie too! Very comfy and relaxing. Good quality material. Its rained a few nights and the material has held up well. Im 56 and fit comfortably in this hanging chair and think someone 60 would also fit well. The cushions are not included. I bought the cushions at Home Goods to help give it a nice shape. It also does not include the hooknails needed to hang it. I had to buy those at the hardware store.
