The ‘Garden Decorative Water Hose Reel Holder’ arrived in an undamaged box. However, when opened the enormous mess of the Styrofoam was horrible. Thank goodness for a handheld vacuum to try to clear away the amount of crumbled Styrofoam that has flown literally everywhere. That is truly unacceptable and was obviously packed that way or had been returned. It looks sturdy and is quite decorative. All the tools necessary to mount were included. Please note it is an antique brown color, although I would have preferred black, but that color was the only option. It is going to be replaced where I already have one due to its wear and deterioration. Hopefully as advertised it will last for many years.
