Arrived quickly. Easy to put together following simple instructions- said 30 minutes for 2 people, I did it in 20 minutes by myself. When putting the screws in the back I had to realign the grattan slightly but easily sorted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the one of the zips on part of the cushion has split. If I could give no stars I would. I wanted a chair with a canopy to keep the sun off my face. This will do that as if you angle the canopy to protect your face it collapses onto you, smashing you in the face. My product arrived in the box damaged. When contacting Wayfair to ask for a replacement I was told I couldn't have one but could have replacement parts of a partial refund. As there were so many damaged elements I asked for a replacement. I was told I couldn't have one. In the end I accepted a partial refund hoping that the damage would largely be not visible once I had put the various parts together. However, once I tried to construct it was apparent that it had been sent with the front legs attached the wrong way around and this had caused very visible damage to the arms of the chair. I had to reset the legs. Once you attach the lower leg support you'd better not want to store your chair as it will not fold up.
