Arrived quickly. Easy to put together following simple instructions- said 30 minutes for 2 people, I did it in 20 minutes by myself. When putting the screws in the back I had to realign the grattan slightly but easily sorted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the one of the zips on part of the cushion has split. Quality is excellent but the communication needs to be improved. I waited in on the day I thought it would arrive because I had not been told other wise. I was asked for Feef back with in 30 mins of placing the order and then again as soon as it arrived . It would be better to give people a chance to actually use it first. The system is annoying I would only buy again from Wayfair if I could not get from somewhere else first.
