Prince was certainly wonderfully good fun to talk to. I have been charged 10 pounds to return the lounges that came completely disassembled. Prince told me that there was a description of this above the listing. I did not see it and when I revisited the listing it wasn’t there. So I feel a little bit annoyed about that. Prince said that to sweeten things I would be given a 10% discount code for my next purchase. I immediately went into the site and purchased two different loungers. But I only received 10% discount on one of them. I think there’s quite a lot that’s a little bit suspect in the way things are with Wayfair. I don’t blame Prince at all because I think he’s been told to talk like that to customers. The up shot is that I feel a slightly bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing. Arrived quickly. Easy to put together following simple instructions- said 30 minutes for 2 people, I did it in 20 minutes by myself. When putting the screws in the back I had to realign the grattan slightly but easily sorted. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the one of the zips on part of the cushion has split. It is a fantastic set that matches my existing 3 seater sofa. However the cushions sent for the chaise foot stool and the main 2 seater sofa have completely different cushions! This isn’t just a subtle shade of grey difference, the 2 seater sofa has a light grey with a pattern and the chaise foot stool has a darker plain grey.
