Subject: Faulty Product – Request for Replacement or Refund Dear Wayfair Customer Service, I recently purchased the Knut Zoomie Kids Battery Powered Ride On (Order #2834394850). Unfortunately, the product appears to be faulty. I followed all the charging instructions in the user manual and fully charged the battery before first use. However, the battery performance is extremely poor. The issues are: The ride-on moves very slowly. It struggles to move even on a flat surface. It appears to lack sufficient power. After a full charge, the battery lasts only around 10 minutes, which is far below what would be expected for a new product. As the product is not functioning correctly, I believe it is defective. I would appreciate it if you could arrange either: A replacement with a fully functioning unit, or A full refund. Please let me know the next steps as soon as possible. Thank you.
