Can you arrange for this to be returned the box arrived in a terrible condition. With the bits to build missing

Very nice table and chairs

I would not recommend this product if they are all the same. I bought this product for my new holiday lodge and it was delivered on 28th August. We have only managed to build the product today and 3 of the 4 chair legs are not aligned with the screws. The table is the same which has resulted in this being very wobbly. Wayfair have stated this is not eligible for refund or return which is wrong in my opinion as it’s purely defective. Given this product has only been built today (28th sept) and was delivered on 28th August I don’t believe this should be the case.

Surprisingly sturdy and very comfortable

Too soon to comment on whether these have been a good buy as not had enough time (or the weather) to judge. However I managed to build them and am happy with the appearance. One leg of the table is shorter than the others so it’s a bit wobbly. Some of the screwhole alignment wasn’t great and it’s essential not to fully tighten the screws in the chairs and table until they’re all inserted - which it does say in the instructions. It was a bit of a fiddle to build and one of the chair screws is only partially inserted due to the seat and side panel not fitting closely together due to how it has been manufactured, so I’m hoping it doesn’t collapse when sat on - time will tell!!
