The awning doesn’t go out 3 meters like it states in the description and its really tricky to get it locked into place.

Excellent privacy fence for outdoor

Sadly mine arrived badly stained, it looked as though it had got damp at some stage and developed mildew staining. Wayfair sorted the problem fairly quickly and refunded the item as it was not available from stock and I needed it quickly. As to the product itself, it was reasonably made although a little flimsy. I could not imagine it would stand up to any kind of breeze for long but OK for privacy. OK for the price.

The unit works well with a strong spring recall. However the images in the advert arent an accurate representation of the item. The cassette has to be mounted to a wall so cannot be free standing, as pictured. The fabric itself looks creased and marked right from new. It does work though and apart from appearance, I am happy with it. It was lucky I needed it against a wall

Excellent. Had to modify holding post (not the cassette) to secure to my fence when it's opened but does exactly what I needed it to do. "Internal" area keeps dry and a warm, wind free area. Very strong return spring so respect the recall to the casette. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again or recommend to anyone.
