Dining Chair Seat/Back Cushion

I bought 8 of these in March 2023. I started using them in May. The quality of the foam is terrible. It has gone so flat that the stitching line is now part of the seating area. It has gone from being 5mm thick to 2mm thick. I have tried to contact customer service. They ask about your problem and once you explain the fault, they stop communicating. Now I know why they choose text messaging as opposed to telephone calls. Under no circumstance should anyone buy this product. Plus, I will never deal with them again
