Received today, bought this as I'm hoping it's heavy enough for my rotary washing line. Feeling the weight of it, I think it will be absolutely fine, casters really help to position it exactly where I need it..

This was the third base I had purchased and the only one that held the umbrella in place, even when tilted. More expensive than the parasols but well worth the money. Love the wheels so you can move it, all together excellent.
