Initially was disappointed when the oven arrived damaged, however after a quick phone call to a fantastic customer services assistant Caroline she arranged for a new one to be sent a couple of days later and the damaged one to be returned. The replacement arrived undamaged and looks great when assembled just waiting on some nice weather to test it. Assembly instructions are really the only other let down as the images are tiny and have been photocopied so many times that they can be difficult to make out. Would benefit from larger clearer diagrams.
