I would have given 0 stars but wasn't optional so had to give 1 star. This product is absolutely shocking and is not as stated in the product description. It is listed as waterproof which it 100% IS NOT. I had a party in it and during the party it began to rain and the rain poured in through the stitching, all the electrics I had in the gazebo for lights and music got water damaged and I ended up with a big bill for electrical repairs, I'm just glad no one was electricuted because of this manufacturing failing with the stitching. I made a complaint to Wayfair and sent pictures of the gaps in the stitching that the water poured through and sent pictures and was refused a return and refund as they claim it is not a manufacturing fault and is only water resistant, which means a shower of rain and it is not their responsibility. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PRODUCT AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE. I will be filing this complaint with the pictures to trading standards along with the screenshots of the gazebos description where it says 'WATERPROOF' ..... if you dare to buy this don't put electricals in there for lights or music cause if it rains you will end up with not only wet guests and all decorations and food ruined from water but a big bill for electrical repairs!!!
