Oyster 3m Cantilever Parasol

Item has faded badly after only three weeks use. I have attached a photo to show the original colour against the current colour

This was so hard to put together you have to be tall to operate it . I bought the recommended water filled base and it is absolute rubbish . One section leaked and the canopy fell over . Wasted my money

It's ok. You must buy the water/sand fill base as it is not stable without it (even on a perfectly still day). When I ordered the picture showed the water base and I checked with customer services that that was the base that came with it and was told "as far as I know". . I was misinformed. You need the water filled base to counter balance the weight of the parasol when extended. Unfortunately when I queried it with customer services upon delivery I was simply told the description states "cross" base. It is a nice looking parasol. Let's see how it lasts the summer.
