Cotter 3.4m Cantilever Parasol

After only a month my umbrella broke! I am not happy and have not been able to get a hold of Wayfair. I have made several attempts to call and I’ve only been placed on hold. It broke at the area where the light is inside and will not open. This is plastic! Is 650 item should be sturdier than this.

Great umbrella, love the solar lights at night. So glad I ordered this umbrella!

Terrible. All the pictures include a large square stand, the description says it is included, and yet, no stand in the box! Just a worthless six inch metal square that you are somehow supposed to balance And, because it in an odd sizeshape (not a circle), standard stands won’t work. I have no idea how people are using this unless they are drilling it into their concrete patios. Don’t buy this, you will be disappointed. I tried contacting customer service, but never heard back.

umbrella is sitting in my garage. lying on the floor. why would anybody sell an umbrella that can not be put up and used? not even cross bars to puts stones on! the directions booklet tells you of the different options to assembling and using the umbrella but does not include parts number to base unit that would fit this umbrella so consumer can order and use. service department tried very hard but had no luck in assisting me in finding the right stand! what a waste!
