Outsunny 3 x 3(m) Hardtop Gazebo with Metal Roof, Netting and Curtains

I have only received 2 parts of 3. Originally late at first after taking a day off for delivery. When I phoned on July 1st, to ask where it was (due on 27th June), I was informed that they didn't know where it was but they could tell me it would be there for the weekend. I was also given 20% reduced. That covered the delivery £105 approx. (that hadn't arrived) & about £20 left. I spent £1000+. I was delighted as I had a party organised for Saturday night (arranged at time of ordering, including time for it to be a day or 2 late. On the Friday, 2 out of 3 packages arrived, with the driver stating he had no idea where the rest was, he only knew it wasn't in their warehouse. Livid!!! Now its asking me to review when I haven't all the parts, after having to cancel party & let down family & friends. No idea when I'll receive the rest..

Looks amazing, really well made, I helped the hubby to put up does take the time specified but easy enough to do, would definitely recommend

Great price, solid and instructions are easy to follow with tools included. Very happy with it, now looking forward to summer bbqs.

I'm very happy with my Gazebo, the structure and quality of the product is 100% , it needs two people to build and on opening the boxes there seems to be a lot of pieces, but the instructions clearly show where everything goes and what steps to take when building it.

I was a bit worried not knowing what the Quality would be like ordering online… but it surprised me and the quality is really good! It doesn’t look cheap and it doesn’t feel cheap so that was a good start. The Instructions were clear and easy to read. Managed to get it setup within a day. Some of the parts didn’t always align but with a bit of adjustment it soon sorted itself. The curtains are also good quality and pleased with those as well.
