I think Wayfair was one of the worst experiences in shopping I have had. I purchased a rattan corner set along with a 6 seater dining set. The corner set came first and when opening And assembling the sofa I discovered that the dimensions were completely wrong in comparison to the drawing shown on the website. Wayfair were unable to help and I had to box the full item up and get a refund. The second part of the problem was trying to get my dining set delivered. It was delayed on 2 occasions and on one of the times I called I was told it was out for dispatch, it turned out this wasn’t the case. After speaking to a specialist team and a manger I eventually got my dining set. 2 months later. No good will gesture given as per company policy.

Very smart and quickly put together. Chairs are comfy and the Lazy Susan is a handy extra!

Delivery was completed without stress. Absolutely love the appearance of the set. Could not find an oval one elsewhere. Wayfair always seems to have what I am looking for. very good quality too. Can't wait to have the family round.
