The item arrived after a fast despatch only to find a part had not been drilled so couldn’t put a bolt in it securing the seat. The complaints procedure was a pain dealing with AI until I eventually got messaging to a real person I think? Was told a replacement part would be sent but would take 9 x days, so what was I expected to do with a party assembled Ratan lounging chair at my Caravan on a Private Park!! I was then told the part would only be sent to the same shipping address as previously sent to. I explain the address was a Caravan on a private Site and I wasn’t going to be there and I would not be at the Caravan for the delivery date that’s why we ordered when we did when we were staying at our Caravan.. This took some explaining and organising but eventually the assistant agreed to change the delivery address to our home address ( where we would be on the delivery date) The furniture was better than expected but shouldn’t of been faulty with a major component having a hole missing on one chair, the other chair was fine. A real pain to get a replacement delivered to me and 9 x days delivery a joke. Why not Net Day?? I wouldn’t recommend this Set of furniture unless guaranteed it was complete and not faulty.. I Now have to go back to my caravan some 70 miles away when the replacement part arrives to fit it , by this time the good weather will have probably passed and we won’t be needing outdoor furniture to sit on! If I would have purchased locally from a Garden Centre a replacement or refund would have been much easier! I may of saved a few pounds by buying on line but got a whole load of hassle with no Compensation for my troubles!! Not impressed!!!

Not what we expected,not very strong with the small bolts to hold them in place and some not lining up

Won’t let me put 3star Not easy to put together a specially as one of the fixing was completely covered over with the plastic rattan effect so had to find the hole. Don’t following instructions put the base together first then attach chair back. Think it is a bit expensive for the quality.

Love this set it’s very comfortable but found it quite difficult to line up and also on the table one if the holes wasn’t drilled the screws would have helped if they were sorted to x and y
