Great value looks great in my garden

This garden bench arrived damaged with clear scratches right across the seat. The resolution was that I should paint over the scratches and deal with the damage myself. Then I was told that I could only have a partial refund because I hadn't said that I would dispose of it myself. Once I said I would take it to the tip the customer service operator said I could have a full refund. Child's play. Appalling customer service resolution. Treated as if it didn't matter. The guy eventually agreed to a full refund but I have to get rid of it or give the damaged bench to someone else. This is not what I paid for, all of this hassle. I won't purchase anything from this company again. Complete wasters.
