We selected these chairs not realizing they are gliders and not rocking chairs. We still like them but customers need to be aware.

Assembly was fairly straightforward - only step the instructions skipped was to place the glass on the side table prior to attaching the legs. The ratchet tool was a bonus and helped me assemble the matching fire table that I also purchased. The rocking motion is not great - perhaps I over tightened the bolts that attach the base to the chair. Cushions are so-so - could be thicker, especially the back cushions which are so thin that they crease. They don’t seem to be like the others posted.

Wayfir for saving a nickel is not worth it. Order placed, items delivered piece meal including pro assembly needed in multiple trips. Wrong itme delivered and was told to keep which is in a heavy box and unable to move. Boxes are not collapsed or removed. Not easy to have so many deliveries and set ups for a senior citizren including leaving boxes. Multiple texts that did not relate to actula order or stating order on its way and was already delivered. Huge footprint on the earth from Wayfair. No consideration for delvery in multiple trips, multiple trucks. Definitly worth paying a bit more for better caring service. The furniture is OK but once assemblied piled together and not spaced out. Have not been able to set up in the space yet and use. Pro had so many next set ups no time to assist customer. Although I gave a gracious tip thinking he would collapse boxes which he did a few but not all and left all wrappings scattered within the pile of boxes including left over assembly pieces but ran off to next customer because was already running late with all the expectations from Wayfair. Wayfair is not worth the savings.
