Leorn 60 cm Long Reclining Single Chaise

I purchased 2 of these recliners before I noticed previous reviews. I was a bit sceptical that a reputable company like Wayfair would sell products that would not assemble correctly, so marked it as customer error. I was totally shocked when I attempted assembly of the first lounger. All was well until I started to assemble the rattan cover on the base legs structure. It took a lot of very careful tightening of screws and the stretching bar to achieve the correct assembly. Then I tried the back assembly and once again the rattan effect cover became a major problem - it does not fit. I spent over 3 hours on this assembly and eventually gave up. I agree with the previous 2 reviewers that it does not assemble as per the instructions and overall the lounger is quite flimsy and poor quality. The problem is that the PE rattan effect cover assembly bolt holes are at 90 degrees to the support and stretch bars and they are impossible to align. This is a poor design and not thought out construction. Don't buy it !! I will be contacting Wayfair for a full refund on both loungers. Wayfair were magnificent on arranging the return (next business day) and refunding the items cost - also the next business day. Full marls for Customer Service.

Assembly was a nightmare but after a few hours and some brute force, it was complete with all but one of the screws in the right place.

Don't buy this product. In fact don't buy from this company. I bought two of these. They were self-assembly and the instructions said it would take an hour. Three hours into the first one it became clear that it was impossible, the parts didn't fit into each other. I phoned the company and they said to try the second one, which turned out to be exactly the same. Wayfair then asked me to dismantle them and repackage them for collection. The courier would not give a choice of day or a time slot and did not operate on weekends, therefore I was always at work when they tried to collect them. Meanwhile Wayfair issued me two replacement sunloungers which they assured me would arrive fully assembled, but unfortunately they sent out two more for self-assembly. I now have four sunloungers waiting to be collected. I phoned Wayfair and they arranged an alternative courier who they said would give me a time slot. I clicked on the link and arranged collection, but heard nothing further. When I went on the link a couple of days later to check the details of the collection it said that the collectoin had been cancelled by Wayfair. So the saga continues. I will never be using this company again

Assembling this is a nightmare!
