Lasita Tampa 10 x 10 Ft. Summerhouse With An Undercover Canopy (28mm)

I ordered this product in March with an expected delivery date of 20th May. It has not been delivered yet - these things happen but Wayfair have taken absolutely no responsibility in finding out when it will be delivered from the warehouse. They have told me I need to chase the delivery date, given me a number to call myself directly. I've called this number several times and left messages - there is never an answer and no one has responded. When I asked Wayfair to do the chasing to confirm the delivery I was told they can only email and they take forever to respond. Really poor customer service, the item was paid for in full in March. If you plan to buy an item like this contact some local suppliers to where you live and go direct. I have no idea when the item will be delivered and apparently no way of chasing the information. There is zero customer service from Wayfair. I will not make any further purchases from this company. I would have preferred to give zero stars but at least 1 star has to be chosen to submit the review.
