This smoker impresses with its versatile application possibilities, whether for meat, fish, sausage or vegetables. With a heating power of 2.5kW and a maximum temperature of 250°C, the Smoker is not only suitable for the reliable preparation of high-quality grilled food, but can also be used as a flare smoker and steamer for meat and vegetables. A double-walled steel door with powder-coating ensures a consistently high temperature without heat loss, while a glass window ensures you can keep on eye on the grilled and smoked food at all times. The three-piece grill grate made of chrome-plated steel has five slide-in options, which ensures the right height above a circular burner made of stainless steel and thus guarantees the best grill, smoke and cooking results. A piezo-igniter on the rear of the device ignites the flame, which can be regulated in intensity by means of a continuous temperature control. In addition to the viewing window, an integrated thermometer also allows you to accurately monitor the action in order to achieve the desired results. A closable air flap provides adjustable ventilation at the top of the smoker grille. Carrying handles at the side also allow you to easily move the smoker.
