Modern Outdoor Playhouse

First off didn't know playhouse was being shipped in 2 separate boxes which messed up plans to travel. First half received on time. Contacted Wayfair after a week or so and was told it was being shipped. Day 10 second email and replacement for second half was being sent. Received today and lo and behold it’s part 1 again. Both boxes have broken pieces. Contacted Wayfair again and was told part 2 would arrive after Christmas. NOT HAPPY! Waiting now on Kidcraft to email in a couple of days as to return of both boxes and a full refund! Pics reflect only items on top. Did not take out any other pieces to see if any materials are damaged! Not good !!

The best playhouse compared with my old ones. The assembly steps are simple and easy . My children love this playhouse , they spend all their time with it and stay away from my ipad .

Small glimpse of the parts I got, 80% of everything damaged. I was told “oh just use some glue” by a manager in support.

My dad and I spent a nice afternoon putting this together for my littles. Not perfect, has a couple quirks, the door is a little funky, but overall good value for the price. We painted it to match our house and added a few accessories, solar lights, door mat, etc. they spend hours playing pizza shop in it! )
