Purchased ours April 2019, has been kept outside the same as any other rattan furniture we have had before. It now looks like this , affecting 2 of the 3 sofas. It is only fit for the dump after 4 years of light usage. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have a contact Number for Hokku, as Wayfair referred me back to the manufacturer and were really unhelpful
