Midwest 295cm Tilt Market Parasol

Only had this less than a month and the catch to tilt the parasol and hold it upright is already broken - it no longer stays upright without a wooden splint and duct tape strapped to the pole. No strong winds - only put it up a few times after our patio was finished! Definitely do not buy.

Seems of good quality especially for the price (others I looked at ranged from £100 to £700). It is quite heavy. Metal pole is likely to be more durable than the fragile wooden ones I've had in the past. The winder mechanism is good and enables my mother to raise and lower it using her one good hand. She can't reach the tilt mechanism as it is too high. A trivial thing, but I like the fact they have put an end cap at the bottom of the pole and a ferrule at the join in the middle.
