200cm X 295cm Rectangular Market Parasol

Bought a few years ago, very good quality, still have a use it when we are sitting in the garden, a must have

Colour wasn't exactly as shown on picture - is a tad darker brown that expected, but nevertheless still looks the part. Easy assembly but no weight - needs large one to hold it down.

Wood split after 3 uses (the part you push up to open parasol) - not even windy weather - very disappointed as ut was a gift - refund given straight away

The size is perfect, the only thing wrong is one of the folding arms goes the wrong way when it is closed abs could easily break. Also the pully has come off a few times the string needs to be thicker. Other than that. I felt it would be to much hassle to send it back.

The parasol looks good but up close the workmanship is a bit shoddy in places. For example, the pole has chips/splintered sections out of the wood at the edges where it has been sawn. The pully mechanism for pulling the parasol up into position is also not as stable and well built as I would have expected, and certainly isn't as good as the parasol that we have replaced. However considering the price (£68) it's pretty good value and provides good coverage of our 2m long table and looks good overall.
