Where do I start? This "greenhouse" is made from super thin metal parts, it is not fit for purpose, and during the build I've had to hold it together with clamps and wooden supports to stop it falling over - I'm basically going to have to build a wooden structure inside and screw the outer 'shell' to the inner wooden structure - this is going to cost me another £300 to get the wood to do it and days to build. Seriously this item is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. First gust of wind and it bends, if I ever complete this I can see this greenhouse being a twisted mangled mess of metal very quickly if there's even a small amount of wind - even though the greenhouse is sheltered on 2 sides by high fences!!!! I think a dolls house would stand up better in the garden than this. How can the manufacturer get away with selling such a thin metal structure and call it any kind of garden 'greenhouse'. And then there's the instructions - OMG THEY ARE TERRIBLE - you spend 2 hours working out what on earth the instructions mean (they are all badly communicated images, no actual 'worded' instructions - they're printed badly, you just can't see what goes where - it takes you 2 hours to work out the instructions and 10 minutes to put the part together when you finally (maybe) get what they mean. Then you realise it was all a waste of time because the structure is so flimsy and thin. I haven't had this much stress EVER building any kind of kit or structure. DON"T BUY THIS GREENHOUSE - IT WILL CAUSE YOU SOOOOO MUCH STRESS! ARRGGGH.
Needless to say I've sent a complaint to wayfair, no idea what to do, feel like I've wasted £330 on complete rubbish, and still won't have a proper greenhouse - gardening is supposed to be relaxing not a WHOLE BUNCH OF STRESS.
Update added: Wayfair have kindly refunded this item in full even though I could not return it as all the parts were bent or broken. The one star is for the actual product not being fit for purpose, Wayfair have been really helpful in this process, so the rating is for the product, not Wayfair's service. Thank you Wayfair.
