Amazing awning and not too difficult to fit if you're handy at d.i.y. A two-man job though. Otherwise get it fitted by a tradesman. The carrier who delivered the first package damaged it but Wayfair were fantastic and despatched a replacement immediately. A highly recommended company to buy from.

Not simple to put up. You have to assemble all the sheets of polycarbonate and then it’s likely to slip out of place as you lift it up. Try extra holding screws at the ends - that should help. Okay now it’s up and certainly good enough for the back door. A lot of swearing was involved!!!

Bought this awning to provide a cover to store a bike outdoors on a wall rack. The awning is very strong, well made and has stood up to some pretty strong winds recently. The clear plastic means we don't lose any light into the house. Only comment I would make is that the plastic panels only screw together in the middle, so when you lift the assembled panels onto the brackets, they tend to swivel and fall out of the aluminium strips. Tried twice before taping them together with PVC tape to stop them falling out. Once bolted onto the brackets, the tape was easily removed and everything was solid. Very pleased with the results and happy to recommend.

Its a little tricky to install, but it looks nice. Only one critics. The rain water retains on top of it due to the design of the lip at the front.
