Amazing service.. ordered late Tuesday arrived Thursday morning.. thank you Wayfair. I’ve had numerous purchases from Wayfair.. firesuround, armchairs,2 chest of drawers and curtain poles galore.. all arrived promptly when ordered. Thank you for such good service Wayfair!

DHL are a disgrace, for 4days back and forth to depot with item , first said could not gain access to area ! back to depot, phoned DHL, CService Tracker said next day, did not arrive NO NOTIFICATIONS. complained said wednesday again no itenm dispite 2 hour window slot, phoned wayfare, promised last 4th attempt thursday before refund. whist on phone got 2 notification say on its way 12th plus Thurday time slot, so I stayed in again ! never arrived again no explination !. day 4 it finally arrived by a lovely man who drove a white transit van NOT A DHL.VAN who was only in his first few days. it is not his fault it is logistics at DHL.this was for my hubby as a suprise , landscaping garden all coming together held up by this Mismatch company. He came back to a unfinished landscape. I purchse a lot from wayfair but I am afraid I will check delivery supplier in future before I order Tha amount of holes in box Would make it impossible for all parts to be intact as it was loaded reloaded many time quite Roughly ! very unhappy and dislusioned with purchase. And to be offered £5 for my review is a insult on behalf of wayfar. I spent more than that phoning DHL. and spent many hours tracking parcel on worst app ever, to DHL Cservice teal a few calls to wayfare plus 4 days stuck at home all day repeatedly waiting only to be let down each time, Do these people think we dont have busy lives too.

What a great price - the really heavy parcel arrived very quickly and I eventually got round to putting it together. I expected it to take ages - but "no" - it took me about 30 mins to put all three arches together... actually took me longer to sort out which bolts were M8s and M6s . The arch is reasonably well made: a couple of unimportant welds came loose but all fine... havent put it into position yet as using it to support a hollybush tunnel - great product for the price ( and very heavy)

The arch is lovely , but it was supposed to be delivered on the 4/3/24, but got a message the day it was due to be delivered to say it wasn’t being delivered that day but the next working day but didn’t arrive no message but was delivered on the 6/4/24 the box was badly damaged & put together & there r nuts & screws missing.
