This doesn't work well without some handyman coming over to find a solution to the issue - as it is metal on metal so it was wobbly and can scratch your railing as well as a result. The company should produce an extra part so that the metal of the railing on your balcony doesn't rub against the metal on this accessory. Then it would be perfect.
