Excellent chairs, did need additional gluing after 1 year use. Lightweight but firm and comfortable.

Internal packaging of chairs needs to be improved. One chair arrived perfect, the other (in the same large box) was damaged in two places - probably in transit. I fixed one breakage with superglue but the back support of the chair has a split at one of the brass fittings. I just hope one of my heavier friends doesn't lean back too sharply. I will be surprised if the damaged chair lasts until next year. The maintenance instructions are written in bad but entertaining English, stating that differences in colour and splits are "no reason for complaints", nor "is a mistake of maintenance therefore no reason for complaint!" I can't be bothered sending the broken chair back.

Unfortunately scored very low due to the fact the product was damaged shame really.
