A fabulous addition to the garden for an 80th Birthday surprise, to an Aunt, Mum, Nan, Sister, Sister in law. A gardening lover who relishes being outside enjoying her own company or with guests for as long as the weather permits. The gazebo has extended the time spent in the garden, shading from the hot day sun or light showers when the canopy is in use.
I would like to see fixings included within the delivery box, to enable more stability in our temperamental weather in the Midlands. Fixings for posts to the ground and to walls, it would help stop it being distorted in high winds that could help stop damage to my property or others.
The instructions need to be clearer and the diagrams bigger, this would aid the build time. The instructional video is a great asset but needs also to be clearer.
The inserting of the cord that pulls open or closes the curtain above, , the joint of the two supports which hold the pulley cord can cause the curtain to get stuck half way. I think the design of the pulley system needs more scrutiny for smoother running by the manufacturers. The customer is always right, so constructive criticism and tweaks to the production of the gazebos, would mean greater sales numbers from satisfied customers.
