A Little Touch of the Côte d’Azur Our new umbrella was shading six people within half an hour of being delivered and it immediately made the garden feel ready for summer. We chose this unusually large rectangular design because it is perfectly shaped for our outdoor corner sofa. It provides approximately four metres of coverage, comfortably shading the whole seating area rather than leaving people constantly moving their chairs to escape the sun. It would work equally well over a large outdoor dining table. Assembly was remarkably straightforward, and we were using it within 30 minutes of its arrival. Opening and closing it is just as simple the crank mechanism operates smoothly and worked perfectly from the outset. The included sand-and-water base gives the umbrella a reassuringly solid foundation, and it has felt extremely sturdy in the light wind we have experienced so far. The golden-yellow canopy is the real highlight. Against the green of the garden, it brings to mind the sun-soaked terraces of the South of France and gives the entire space a warm Côte d’Azur atmosphere. As the photographs show, it is bold without overwhelming the garden, making our seating area look considerably more stylish. It is still very new, so I cannot yet comment on long-term durability. My only small preference would be for more natural or organic materials, although the existing construction feels sturdy and practical. For its size, coverage and ease of use, it represents excellent value. I would readily recommend it to anyone with a large garden, corner sofa or substantial outdoor dining area.

We purchased an Ayram patio umbrella from Wayfair on the 4th June and when we assembled it on Friday 12th June we found a small hole in the umbrella shade. I sent an image to customer services as I feared this hole would get bigger with wear. To date they have not responded. I don't normally leave bad reviews but on this occasion I need to say Wayfair customer service is non existent. I would have left them zero starts if it were possible

We bought this umbrella for our deck to go with a little set of table and chairs. I like the size of it because we have another chair set that we put on our deck and it is covered to most of the day. It was very easy to put together. It’s easy to put up and to take down. It comes with two bags that you add sand to so that it doesn’t blow away however, I just chose to put the sand bags on the stand instead of putting the sand in the actual bags that came with the umbrella. I guess I was being lazy.‍♀️ it calls for about 100 pounds of sand and then it has a nice fabric cover that goes over the base so it’s not an eyesore.

I love it. Perfect for my deck for shade!

I love this umbrella! Much bigger than what I thought, plus I like to bbq a lot and it definitely gives me shade. This is a good quality product and when I have company I get lots of compliments. Thanks Wayfair!!!!
