This is the product I ordered - a rectangular parasol with a 5cm diameter pole. I received a round/hexagonal parasol with a 3.8cm pole and had to fight with a customer service rep for over an hour, escalate the dispute and dispute it with Klarna. Fortunately, the escalated complaint to Wayfair resulted in what should have happened without all the drama. I received a full refund.
