Glad I got this BBQ but disappointed to have discovered during unpacking that two parts had visible dents in them (base tray and ash tray)! They must have been packaged like that already as nothing indicated that the dents occurred during shipping!

Takes ages to build but it’s beautiful once built. I’m in love with it. I think the guys need to label the screws on the manual. The manual isn’t the easiest to follow.

Ordered on 11 April, still not delivered by 27 April, contacted customer service and finally received 1 May. Extremely hard to assemble, some nuts and bolts do not match up to each other so had to find own, some of the hinged section should have locking or double nuts to prevent them loosening through use
