Ordered this for my elderly mothers terrace, spot on! Chairs were already assembled which was a huge bonus. Considering ordering another for our garden as a little morning coffee area!

Terrible quality. Description said the chairs were PE Rattan woven onto a steel frame. This is simply rattan effect PE (plastic) bolted onto a steel frame. Didn't even open the table as quality of chairs was so poor, simply returned. Return process is very easy, although you have to pay for it which seems wrong given the description of the product was misleading. Also be aware, that if you purchase using a gift card, your refund will go back onto that gift card and you'll be stuck with credit on account as the system says that it's impossible to refund to a bank account, meaning you have to find something else to buy that could also not be as described and of poor quality? While the customer service team are helpful, there is simply nothing more they can do as their hands are tied...
