Right Facing Corner 9 Seater Fire Pit Set With Bench And Stool & Furniture Cover

My order arrived damaged and the the right colour furniture (Natural) but with a black tabletop and different colour stones. Wayfair did not deal with the issue, they just passed it on to the manufacturer which over the bank holiday period I have been advised it will take 2 working days for them to make contact. So in the mean time I left with unresolved issues. Not impressed

Overall, it looks pretty good quality once built & we’re happy for the price we paid. But I cannot recommend due to the lack of thorough instructions and parts not being labelled as per the instructions. The delivery was also late and only scheduled after chasing and the delivery drivers refused to carry it to my door despite.

The set looks beautiful once assembled. Unfortunately, it arrived with a manufacturing defect. When putting the pieces together, some of the pre-drilled holes did not line up correctly, making it impossible to tighten and secure certain sections properly. Overall, it is a lovely furniture set, but the quality control needs improvement.

Totally wrong colour sent. Now have an outdoor patio set in my house as I can’t put it outside and I’m told I have to wait. Delivery team didn’t even care when I said it was wrong
