The product had good reviews so I bought the grill with confidence. Delivery was good but when unboxed and tried to prime it it all went wrong. The gas regulator was faulty. Initially it started up ok but then it turned itself off. This was on all settings. Tried 3 different gas bottles in case it was the gas. But it got worse. As it was a safety item It wasn’t used. The replacement was perfect without problems. It will take a while to build my confidence up as to it’s reliability as I’m expecting to get the same problem. So far so good however the cooking is awesome the juices stay in the meat. If you grill fish all the better. Amazing little machine.

Great service and easy to use, I would use again

Fantastic little BBQ. Don't need canisters, fits to regular gas bottle as per ordinary bbq's. Cooks food quickly.

Easy To Assemble Good Quality. Food Tasted Fantastic. We Used It Every Day During Lockdown Summer. Can't Wait To Use It This Year.
